Daily Sketches: January 1, 2021-
Drawing and sketching calms my mind. When I began my leave due to Covid-19, I began a daily routine of creating a 5-30 minute sketch. Prioritizing this daily routine reminds me to prioritize finding beauty and exercising my creativity each day. I am also noticing how observation sketches often lead to the simplifications and abstractions frequently found in my work. This is Gallery 2 of my Daily Sketches.
