Batik Quilt Series
I have always loved bold colors. When batik fabrics first appeared in fabric stores, I was drawn to them. As my hand-dyeing skills improved my appreciation for batik fabric grew. In my batik quilt series I explore using batiks in a variety of ways. Some quilts are narrative. Others are geometric. And some almost feel like stained-glass windows.
