“Landscape Collage” Drop-in Camp
Campers had so much fun learning a variety of paint techniques:
Spraying with a toothbrush
Blowing with a straw
Dabbing with a sponge
Using a piece of yarn to swish and splat
Adding salt to wet watercolor paint
Using wet-on-wet technique to paint skies including:
clear blue
blue with puffy clouds
pending storm
dusk/dawn
sunset
cloudy night
dark night
We were able to dry all our explorations in the warm sunshine so campers could use their fancy new papers to create Landscape Collages.
