Seed pods: Encore

I continue to notice and contemplate seedpods.

While our Thanksgiving turkey was in the oven, we went for a walk in the woods. Due to the heavy rain the previous day, we stuck to the paved trail. I admired all the acorn caps scattered across the trail and stopped to photograph one double cap from multiple angles.

Although photos from other angles are more artistic, this photo is the one that makes me laugh each time I scroll past it.
